New Resource Links Block

We recently added a new custom block to Theme 4. It is called the Resouce Links Block. You can use this to communicate a list of various resources and links to your website user. The example provided on this page is displaying at 100% width of the website. You could also nest it inside of a column or stack multiple blocks to break up the content into groups.
